During the project, your Owner's Representative will ensure that unnecessary costs are avoided to being your project to completion on budget.

SCHEDULE
DEVELOPMENT / MANAGEMENT

By staying proactive, our Owner's Representative will manage the schedule for your construction project - ensuring there are no unnecessary delays. Communication is imperative during the life of a construction project, and our Owner's Representatives pride themselves in being the voice of the owner - bringing your project to its completion on or ahead of schedule. 

DESIGN OVERSIGHT

 

Our Owner's Representatives can advocate for you, the owner, as soon as the design phase of your construction project begins. We can oversee and reviews those designs to ensure the owner's needs are being met throughout the process, making sure that applicable codes and regulations are being considered from the onset of the project - avoiding unnecessary delays down the road.

CONSRUCTION COORDINATION

 

Our Owner's Representatives are involved from beginning to end of your construction project - pre-qualifying and managing contractors, processing forms and paperwork, communicating with the project team and stakeholders, assessing risks and proactively addressing potential problems before they cost you time and money.

MOVE MANAGMENT

 

Owner's Representatives are also trained to oversee the building occupancy process - ensuring that fixtures and equipment are installed and functioning as expected, as well as ensuring that any tenants expected to occupy the new build are ushered in without delay or issue.

CLOSEOUT MANAGEMENT

 

It's complete - and our Owner's Representatives are still by your side. We will ensure that the construction project is closed out in an orderly and timely manner, verifying that all contractual obligations have been met to all party's satisfaction. Anything not completed will be outlined and addressed with contractors and stakeholders in a detailed punch list.
